Booking Your Heavy Vehicle Inspection

When to Book

We recommend booking your inspection as soon as you receive your reminder notification from Transport and Main Roads (TMR). These notifications are typically issued 2–3 months before your existing COI expires. Early booking allows time to fix defects and complete repairs before your inspection.

What You Need to Do

Absolutely nothing! We issue an electronic assigned certificate once the inspection is complete. You’ll receive confirmation of your heavy vehicle certificate immediately. Easy and hassle-free!
